Version Control with Subversion

I've decided to let subversion to control the version of EMANS and its modules. I haven't tried anything like it, tho. Right now, i'm still figuring out where to start.

EMANS Project Home (tigris.org)

EMANS aspires to be a front-end to various math softwares.
It started as a project for a university to replace an Operations Research tool.
Right now, it's only available as a command line & a web-based program (using apache as host, cgi for i/o, and perl to show web pages).
The problems this can solve are some numerical analysis (EMANS-NumAn) and operations research (EMANS-OR).
